My mother used to Say...

Happiness is free, choose to be happy. The best you can be is you, never try to imitate, copy or compare your self to anyone, try not to murmur as you walk on the way, and never jump into conclusions.

She told us a story of something that happened along her way someday when she was about eighteen, how she saw a  woman in her fifty's murmuring along her way, this older woman was lost in her thoughts that she murmured aloud. And this teenager who later became my mother, concluded that this older woman was a witch. She couldn't understand why someone would be walking and murmuring along the way.

Later in life when my mother had married, got a lot of children and her share of both family and her personal challenges, faced with her own life chaos, and uncertainties, she one day found herself murmuring along the way, she was about forty+ at the time. She immediately remembered how sometime ago she had jumped into conclusions about a murmuring older woman, and she thought, anyone who sees me now may as well call me a witch!

Life can be funny, what goes around comes around. Only choose to be happy!
